Description
They had crossed against an angry ocean to stake their claim. Borg Vikstrom and his fellow Norwegian farmers saw freedom's beacon shining from the untamed prairies near a Kansas town called Liberty. But in the cattle barons' kingdom, sod-busters seldom got a second chance. They might get a warning...before being plowed under themselves. It didn't help matters that there was a power-hungry politico just waiting to ignite a bloody range war. Now Borg had all he could do to dodge the price that had been tacked on his head.
