Charles and Lizzie Peterson love puppies. Their family fosters these young dogs, giving them love and proper care, until they can find the perfect forever home. When Lizzie discovers an abandoned Shih Tzu at a highway rest stop restaurant, she agrees to foster the poor puppy. Bandit was left behind because he needs an operation and his original owner can't afford it. But Lizzie is determined to find a way to help. Can she save this sick pup and find him a home?
